I would like to warn all potential customers of Pty. "Oceancom TV SIA"! Before concluding a cooperation agreement, think carefully, because the consequences of your cooperation can be both financial and emotional (stress). I signed an agreement with Oceancom at the end of 2020. From the very beginning, the TV was of poor quality (channels twitched, some produced black and white). I called the masters the end of 2020 - still no, I'm waiting. When contacting Oceancom, I get an answer - my fault (?). At what? With the fact that I signed a contract with "them"?! Internet! I bought a quality router, but it turns out that the router is not "friendly" to Oceancom technology. My fault again! There is no solution! Complaints are still being processed, no answers are being given, but the bills were sent in time! Very unkind, incompetent employees. Really be very careful or you need problems. In case my complaints are rejected in the versions with the submission to the Consumer Protection Bureau/ p>
