I bought the vortex air fryer pro and ordered the FREE skewer/basked plus shipping five months ago and it still says back ordered… User’s recommendation: Just do not order any thing from this company.

Xl iron issues

The base is junk. The iron doesn’t align into the base. 2nd time with this issue. 6150 East Encanto St Mesa Az 85205
My husband purchased this oven for me and I am very disappointed with the drip pan. It stained with burn on food marks the first time I used the oven. I soaked it for two hours in hot water and dish washing liquid to no results. Even used a non abrasive pad to scrub, still no results.... Read more➤

Does not deliver the product and does not return the money

I ordered the product on 12.12.20 with prepayment and the website said that I would receive the product on 16.12.20. However, there was a announcement that the product will arrive on 21.12.20 and as soon as the promised time arrives - the deadline is changed. And so it continued until I got tired and on 13.01.21 I wrote an rd to the store to cancel the order and return the money. I was told that the money would be returned within 2 weeks. It took 2 weeks, but I didn't receive the money. Article with questions to them by e-mail. I am told that I will be in touch soon. A week passed, but I was not contacted. Call them on the phone to find out why I am not being refunded. I am told that it will be sent soon,but a week passed and I didn't get the money. I call them again and everything happens according to the previous scenario - It is said that the money will be sent soon, but not sent. My patience ran out. Rd online store could not deliver the product for a whole month. Now Rd online store can not return the money for a whole month. From AZ Electronics, there were no attempts to contact me and somehow solve this problem. I had to call them and listen to promises that I did not intend to fulfill. The last time I called AZ Electronics, I was promised that the money would be sent around 23.02.21. If I do not get my money back this time too, I will have to turn to the Consumer Protection Center. I do not recommend anyone to order goods in the AZ Electronics online store and under no circumstances prepay. As a result, you run the risk of being left without goods and without money.
