Use of fair policy
Hello. I wanted to warn and recommend NOT TO USE xMobile mobile internet. The thing is, I live in a rural area and do not have a great internet choice, because it is too expensive to pull a cable. both Telstra and AuMobile and Biti. In the 2-week trial we were positively shocked that we even have 4G internet and with very good speed (for us), so without reading anything, no complaints, so to speak - WE GET NOT THERE... Why? We are promised "UNLIMITED" internet, in the family we have 5 people, 3 children who watch quite often various online streaming videos, this is youtube, skaties.org and many others. As well as we ever cursed a torrent. And what happened? The so-called "Fair Use Policy" worked for us. Consequently, the speed of the Internet has decreased all online stream videos or downloads, in short, can not watch any video or curse a file, it takes too much time. Many times we called and xMobile customer service, we were there only told that most likely we have violated it GLP, we immediately had questions, how to stop it? What needs to be done to prevent this from happening again and these questions were answered that it all happens automatically in the system, it cannot be stopped for 30 days! Then I ask, then it turns out that we can not watch any videos or what to download, so read the news and nothing else? Which child would be interested in that?! and we answered YES, CANNOT, only in small quantities. I went to see how many gigabytes we have spent in 2 months, showed me 570. I called a good acquaintance who i specialist in this field, and I ask if that's a lot? He laughed and answered no! He said it should not be that you get a reduced speed, if we had a month overused 500 GB, then they could complain and reduce their speed, but as you can not see. And why is the Internet called unlimited, if he is still limited. An acquaintance uses another mobile Internet (AuMobile), which downloads larger volumes and also watches various videos, but there is no problem with AuMobile. After the conversation with him we called the bee, the conversation lasts 10-15 minutes until he checked whether something is really wrong and this the man said that they had made a mistake and we had not broken anything, and promised that it would be corrected, we asked for an apology in the form of sms, promised that there would be, this conversation took place yesterday, nothing changed, we wait and wait again, but if it drags on think that we will break the contract. I've read other complaints about bee internet, exactly GLP and then realized that everything is put. So I don't recommend anyone take bees to the internet if you're downloading large files, or watching different shows, or anything else. I don't understand, it's their kind of trick. , or what. I'm very angry at them and really uneasy!
