On October 14, 1818, my husband went to a specific institution to have a macbook air laptop repaired, because suddenly it no longer locked in. He was promised a few days to diagnose and report the fault and pricing. Within a few days we received an answer that the problem is with the power supply and the cost will be 100 dollars. We agreed to the repairs. 18.10.18 we were told that the device has been repaired and we can get it back! When we brought the device home and started working with it, it always shut down, so we returned it back to the company that made the repairs. Within a few days, we received a call where the repairman himself told us that he saw that he had forgotten to do a couple of turns, so it happened. When we turned on our device again on October 23, 1818 and turned it off at home, we realized that the cooling system is damaged and it sounds like the whole house is drinking it! We also noticed a visual defect on the laptop. Calling a repairman, he informed us by phone that the cooling system was already there, although after the first repair there were no such problems at all! Then we decided to open the laptop and watch what was done! Unfortunately, damaging the warranty sticker! Str 'The power supply was glued to the insulator, for which we paid 100 dollars, the cooling was damaged and the computer itself was damaged. We take the laptop back to the repair facility, where after a loud exchange of words and a sharp lie with the repair worker Maris Berziņsh, he promises to correct the visual defect, but still continues to lie that the cooling system has already been like this! Waiting another week, I get a call that my laptop can pick up. When asked if everything has been fixed, they answer me in an indecent tone that everything is written in the act of defect! When we go to the repair facility, dap Shopping Mall damme returns us a completely unrepaired device with the above-mentioned act. Where it is stated that the warranty sticker has been torn off and they are not going to do anything about the defect they have caused and they have to pay another 85 dollars to fix this! The institution is a fraudster, expensive items are damaged even more, customers are slandered to get even more funds from them! We never recommend going to this institution in your life. Because even the management is not responsible for the mistakes made by its employees!
