On Friday, November 22, I ordered a mobile phone, choosing the product on the website, it was indicated that I will be able to receive 15 minutes in the shopping station square 2 at a time. Immediately after the payment I received an SMS that the product will be delivered to the store only on Tuesday at 10:00. I immediately called the customer service, told me that this phone is available in the store at Bikernieku Street 160, but it is a sample that customers can get acquainted with (I am not ready to pay the full price for a used product, so I refuse). On Tuesday at 10:00, of course, I did not receive the product - the customer service replied that it would be in the evening. Well, it's Wednesday night, but my phone is still on its way to the store on Station Square 2.
