Poor customer service
Oceancom. Please teach operators to be more responsive rather than blaming customers. This was due to the fact that with a slight movement of the router, the Internet disappeared. The culprit was that the master did not put the wire in the rj45 connector well (I told myself on the first day that it would not be good with that wire). And did you really have to wait 4 days to fix that cord? In the end, of course, the next day I went to the store and bought everything and repaired it myself (I canceled the master, of course). But if it happened now, when you can't buy those rj45 connectors and work from home on every corner... No matter how small the detail was... However, there is a great deal of dislike for customer service on your part. Thanks for the internet!
