Parcels just disappear
I was waiting for a parcel from China (ebay) On the 3rd of this month, after the tracking number, I found out that the parcel is already has left the sorting center. I started waiting; although in a day or two will be - notice something. Not yet. I communicated via email. I got the same copy-paste response that many others seem to have received. And, in the e-mail I was told that the package is not traceable at all... ? And added a screenshot with a search of the items on the mail website, where, of course, nothing was found. So why, both on the ebay application and on other shipment tracking sites, can you clearly and unequivocally see that the package a) is in Australia and b) has already left the sorting center? Smell after poor customer chirping. I don't know if they want to tell me that the package just ceased to exist on the way from the sorting center or how, but it looks like I won't get the package. The problem is not that I ordered something expensive - I can spend 5 dollars again. But what if it was a 500 AU$ package? The post office was also not reached and smoked somewhere along the way. And how do I know if I re-order, this shipment will not blow again somewhere in Australia, on the way to the post office. I cannot say whether it is negligence or abuse, but I can say that it is a pig. And the fact that these complaints are so much expressed that the management and anyone who reads these complaints is at their feet. And so, even if it's a bit of a reputable institution / company, it shouldn't be.
