I always feel abused when I leave Tops, and ask myself why I went there in the first place. Bait and switch tactics, empty shelves , parking motorized wheel carts up against ATM ; unexcessible. User’s recommendation: Tread lightly.
The Fredonia Tops had NO mushrooms on a Tuesday morning. None. They also had no krakus ham. None. No Healthy Ones turkey OR ham at the deli. They didn’t have the garden fresh dips either. I have been at TOPs in North Syracuse, twice, when at least one person on two occasions refused to wear a mask and handled Deli meats.
