Ending Profile
Hello, The situation is that I created a profile on SMScredit, but now I can't delete it. Initially I bought at the settings, but there such an option was not provided, so I would contact one of their consultants. The consultant told me that I could not post a profile under Clause 9, but under Clause 10, my information would be protected. Then I have a question, what does it mean to them and is there no law of any kind that would provide for the confidentiality of my information and allow it to be removed from the portal? Will the breach of the contract also result in them not being fined in the form of fines?
