Hello, I encountered this situation, I bought and paid by transfer to my Xbox One remote control on May 12, the same day I came the answer that the product is not available and when I called I was told that I didn't know when it would be! I decided to refuse and get the money back, I was told that the money would be returned within a week, I am waiting for 13 days, today I called and said that I will write a complaint will not be returned, of course call back informed me that the money had been transferred but before that there were all sorts of promises and reservations (another bank, a lot of orders for accounting, etc. )! When I asked to be given an accounting number I was refused and chanted words like "I don't know what to tell you in this situation"!
