I purchased 4 polo-shirts, same kind, different color. After washing each of them about 5 to 10 times, they started getting holes in front and the seams started coming apart. Really bad quality for shirty which were 70USD each.
Snap came out of material on cuff after wearing for one season. (Poor material). 2 tailors and shoe repair later, no one could fix it. Called Tommy Bahama and they do not repair their clothing. Quality of ladies cotton shirts terrible. Holes after three washes. Will not purchase any more. Should last longer for what they charge.
I called the Austin store manager to ask for reasonable accommodation and she (Diane) boldfaced lied to me. I was 100% prepared for an, “I’m sorry, we can’t make that accommodation” but NEVER lie to a customer! (I called TB corporate, which was how I learned of her lie. They even called the store on my behalf)....
