Fraud

I ordered the product from 2U.info, the next day I received a call from the manager that everything will be fine, I will be able to receive the product in a few days if I will pay the bill by evening. I pay the bill, the next day a call from the same manager says that the product is not available, so I choose another product. Due to the specific size of another product, I do not insist on a refund. I still haven't received the money, even though it's been more than three weeks. Probably the only option will be to turn to the police with a report of fraud. I do NOT recommend anyone to cooperate with this online store!
