Hello. Today, after taking two weeks with this office, my patience is full. All this seems to me that AuMobile is doing everything to make a person's life so that none of them will leave. All because I want to switch to another operator. The competence of the employees is under every criticism, because two weeks ago, when I called the information phone to find out what it took to get away, I was told that I didn't need anything - do what you wanted! And when I started doing what I want, respectively, I signed a contract with the other operator, AuMobile announces you know there is still a 5-day transition period and I go to the application. And how do you think what lies beneath the word APPLICATION to write? The application means to enter into an agreement with them in a forced round with an employee to choose to pay + 5 lats! Isn't that piggy? Can't it be humanely explained from the beginning? And when I refused to sign the contract, they said that to another operator, then I will not. The question is, do they deliberately have such a policy?
