Update by user May 15, 2018 Further review of my account shows I purchased monthly service with “no commitment”. The 1 year commitment policy was not in effect at the time I purchased the equipment. Tivo just charged me another $14.99 monthly service fee on May 12th after I requested cancellation…
For me, just ordering a Bolt and mini was a terrible experience. I went directly to the TiVo website to order, I set up an account, and entered my credit card number.
