Tivo trouble

My tivo stream 4k crashed and wouldn’t load past the android screen. It wasn’t fixable my end. Called tivo they couldn’t fix it either. Was told they wouldn’t replace it but if I hurried I could take advantage of their sale. Or pay to have mine repaired. Those were my only options. Talk about insult to injury.... Read more➤

Problems connecting remote

I had to pair my TiVo remote to Sony TV Setting TV power/volume/mute and also TV Input. Problem: after i switch from input 1 to 2 if use any button the remote (volume) it switches back to Input #1, please help me solve this nagging issue. Thank you. User’s recommendation: Customer service phone support.
