damaged the phone, not responsible for the contract
I asked this service how much it costs to replace the block / power button, because it is mortgaged, because the phone restarted all the time, but sometimes everything was ok. I checked the button myself with a tester, really sometimes it pledges. I took it to the DAP service, said that the price for the repair would be told only after the free diagnostics, which I agreed to and unfortunately, without reading, I signed a contract and returned the phone for diagnostics. After three days, the master calls and says that everything has already been repaired, the phone works and you have to pay 45 CAD. Surprised by such arbitrariness, I refused the repair and asked to return the phone to the condition in which I had given the diagnostics or to reduce the price to 30 dollars, which they did not agree with. As a result, the phone was returned only after 3 months of complete termination, the defect certificate states that the phone was presented with a dead brain and now the repair costs 100 CAD. After reading the contract, I understand that I am at fault, it is written that the customer is aware that during the diagnostics / repair the service may inadvertently completely break the phone and the customer waives any claims and damages. My second mistake was that before entrusting the phone to this office, I did not check sudzibas.ca where no complaints against the DAP have been resolved.
