Sellers Unable to Provide Service
2.5 years ago I bought a Rovus Aqua Power vacuum cleaner at TopShop . Torn filter with 8 x 8 cm rubber frame with sponge in the middle. I ordered Top Shopam filters and they claimed to supply me with a set of filters that included all the filters. Received a set containing only 1 filter. I contacted the store and let me know that the kit should be understood as 1 filter. It is not possible to buy or order what I need at all. In addition, the filter they sold me instead of a set of filters could last another 10 years and would hardly ever need to be replaced. So my 2, 5 year old (new) vacuum cleaner is no longer usable because he sees the manufacturer believing that as soon as this filter breaks, the vacuum cleaner has expired. Thank you!
