This day, February 22, 2018., we parked the car at Vivo Center in Cincinatti, we wanted to register the car when entering the store, but the registration machine did not work. When leaving the store, a penalty receipt is already attached to the car windshield. I went to double check the recorder, it still doesn't work, in the photo attachment. It is interesting how to register a car in a car that does not work and for which in this case issued a penalty receipt. We weren't the only ones who received a penalty payment, the owners of other machines were also waiting for a surprise in the window.
