Damage

My camera has been under repair for over a year, I have called every month, but the answers were different why not repaired. In the end I got back unprepared. But over the years, the company had managed to use my camera as a donor, the strap was removed, another battery was inserted, which didn't work, and worst of all, a torn lens. After a long lie that the lens will be made, that a new one is already being sent, that there is a little to wait, about half a year has passed, we agreed on a symbolic amount of money for compensation and divorced. As a result, I currently have a broken camera, a broken battery, no lens and strap, and I don't even know what else they've done to my camera.
