non-productive attitude
I would like to inform all future clients of LLC "ACCENTA". Not long ago, I made a modular kitchen order at the above company, everything was done - the contract was signed and I was happy to go home to complete the repairs. Weeks passed when the delivery deadline finally arrived (according to the terms of the contract, these are 4 weeks, at the time of ordering in total), but of course nothing was delivered or notified about, that something could be delayed. It was Monday and I called for the first time to find out what was going on. To the question why, nothing has been delivered yet, I received an answer: the doors of your lockers are not ready yet.віќ How unhappy I was about everything I decided to wait another day. But the last one is still almost a week and I call again to find out detailed information about when my order will finally be delivered. The store salesman, without much thought, said: it took me 10 minutes to call how much I understood from some of the staff. It took almost 5 hours, but there was no message from the "ACCENTA" call. I found the factory number on the Internet, I also called them, where once again it was only promised that I would call back and provide some information after a while, but as it was expected, a call from their side I do not expect to repeat. At the moment, it is beginning to understand how unprofessional the company is and start looking for the highest contact information of this company, so by drawing the Internet I found a board membercall - explaining to him all about his order, he seemed comparatively interested and said he would give a more accurate answer in 10 minutes. I was waiting, waiting and also not waiting for a call. Then my measure of patience was full, if even a board member does not show his interest in a client's order in the end, then there is no point in cooperating with this company. In the evening, after work, I went to the office where the order was made, with a written message that I no longer wanted any service, but to get my money back. The next time I received a call from ACCENTA, the seller to whom I reported, said, "Faster you would expect furniture than your money." That was enough for me write an application to the CRPC. I would have understood if ACCENTA had informed me at least one day before the delivery deadline that the delivery would be delayed because it was not ready yet. Instead, as a customer, I have to look for company representatives to find out where my order is, which in the end just as well throws the full SOFT. I have not yet experienced such an unprofessional attitude on the part of the company and in the future I will not cooperate with such and would not recommend it to others. Thanks for your attention.
