Discounts were not applied on bill

If you spend $200. There was supposed to be an automatic $20 discount and then a first time 20% first time user. None of those discounts were applied. I would like those applied and the difference applied to my credit card. Sincerely Holly Hampton

Third Love lost merchandise I sent back.

Third Love is sending me many emails they have not received my return. Sent back on 2/9. Tracking says package was received 2/11 1:34pm. Signature from the dock was CD User’s recommendation: Get their phone number and someone’s name to contact for service.
