"Nice" reception at the trauma center
We came to visit relatives "to the city of tomorrow"! Well then we got to face the "visions of tomorrow"! A few days ago, the grandson had his finger broken, an injury examination was performed at a Melbourne children's hospital and a bandage was put on. Although we had to wait long enough for us to be accepted because of the many patients when we finally met the doctor, everything was done quickly, thank you very much to the doctor and the staff of the trauma center for their responsiveness and sensitivity. When visiting relatives in Hobart, a small mistake came out - the little ones were playing in the yard by the pool and the grandson wetted his hand, a reddish spot appeared on the bandage. We visited for several days and had no problems with the injured hand, the grandson was explained that he had to be careful, and we adults followed it. But nothing to do, it had happened and we had to drive to the Hobart trauma center. What we encountered at Hobart Hospital shocked us. I will not describe everything that happened here, our visit ended with expulsion from the trauma center in the direction of the pharmacy with instructions on raising children. In that "bustle" and insults, I did not intend to know the names of the employees, I deliberately did not call them doctors or massagers (whatever was there), those people are not worthy of this position. I also read the reviews of other patients, realized that this is not the case, it is a system. In the future, no matter what happens - we will definitely not look for help in this "institution" anymore! This unpleasant incident took place today - 21. 06. 2019. , around 14. 00.
