Poor Service

Is this normal? I was in a stressful situation and mixed the medicine (I took the apartment of a roommate) thinking that nothing would go to sleep before drinking a lot of water. At night, side effects began, tremors, nerves twitched, and the jaw stared at the whale, unwillingly. We went to Hobart trauma center, nervously and hopefully, as well as with the name of the medicine in hand, just in case, but who is there telling us that nothing can help and to drink a lot of water, even without taking the name of the medicine mixed with me. We went home. In the morning, the side effects did not decrease but increased. We talked through acquaintances about a visit to the doctor who had prescribed the medicine. On the same day we went to the doctor, prescribed medication (to reduce side effects) and was shocked by such indifference at the trauma center, because the situation was quite serious, which we also told the nurses, who carelessly walked around the reception room. Needless to say, with an open jaw and shivers, I was able to stay for quite a long time, even for life. Is this normal ? I have often encountered such indifference in this institution, not only is it a joke that it makes no sense to go to a trauma center in Hobart because I died the same way. And this is not about injuries, such as fractures or suturing, it is done, but sometimes you have to wait a very long time. But as with other symptoms. After that incident, I didn't kick my leg there. I go to other nearby hospitals, or I call a doctor who is approachable many times more than in Hobart, or I suffer pain, also terrible toothache. Until I see my doctors. If there is a time when I will be refused the necessary service and the nurse will not do her job because she sees we are busy, but instead makes tea to go to bed in the lounge, I will complain to all the institutions, so once a bigger accident and indifference will lose someone.
