Sick service, lying
Today I had to come to the package, checking the Tracking Number on the Internet shows that the courier tried to contact the person and no one was at home, which is utter nonsense. No one had called the man at all. I called the info center and there just a terrible service, I don't know / can't say anything. The courier clearly lies about the delivery. We paid money for delivery and parcels to get back the most terrible service in Europe. Of course, on Friday, no courier even thought to do their job, knowing what lies and hypocrites iExpress accepts as couriers. Simply absurd. I will never use this delivery company in Australia again in my life.
