Got tennis magazine!!!!!! Sat on the phone waiting for 25 minutes. Customer service for tennis magazine gave me a website! Had to then go there. This, after I googled tennis channel!!!!! Ugh! This is crap!!! Get it together people! Awful waste of my time! User’s recommendation: Tennis channel.com/help.
In August 2020 I signed up for TC Plus while I was with Direct TV for cable. In February 2021, I went to streaming with no cable and Xfinity WiFi. As a result I no longer have access to TC Plus. I can access in my phone but not my laptop or iPad and the customer satisfaction...

Nothing! No contact! I dont get any current tennis!!!! And no one is helping!!!!!! So far, tennis channel is a really bad company in terms of follow up!!! Not happy! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from these guys !
Still have not been able to get what I want. Would like to cancel, but I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. The prompt on the TV doesn’t work like they say.
