The delivery problems have occurred too many times.

Delivery problem have occurred too many times and the cost for this service is not good. Too much money to not get papers delivered on time / everyday. Given credit does not solve the problems, all I want is the paper delivered each day or I will resolve to canceling .

Being lied to and deceived

Every time I do not receive my paper I call and their automated system tells me “production delays have occured”, and that I will receive my paper by 9:00 AM. There have been 8 times this has happened and I have NEVER received a paper that day. I am in the middle if a 3 day event... Read more➤

Didn’t get help from representative

I didnt receive the paper on Sunday. The person who i got on the phone wasnt helpful and kept hearing annoying sounds in the background User’s recommendation: Star Ledger is stinks and supports only Democrats.

No resilve

Being charged for a month of deliveries on my credit card and not getting paper for past month. Second time calling and said it would be resolved and hasnt been. User’s recommendation: Don’t put on your credit card.
