Poor service, delivered to the post office in Chuhu
Absolutely unprofessional company. First of all, there was no e-mail or sms, nothing that the shipment is on my way at all or when expected. Only sms from pasts.org came that in some mystical department, the location of which is not even close to me and it is problematic to get there (working hours until 19:00, just like mine). What's the point of putting an email address or phone at all? Well, if no one contacts me at all, just "random" throw it in some post office that happened to the courier on the way?!? It should then at least be left at the post office in the center or at any parcel terminal that approaches 24/7. Now we have to wait for the next Saturday, because only then the post office is working and there are options to remove. In the past, when sending goods from Germany via dhl, there is always this unfortunate office as a subordinate. Without saying anything in the past, without calling (but at least the tracking number was sent, which is no longer done), it was written that the courier tried unsuccessfully to deliver and no one was home, even though I had a holiday and was home all day, no call, no warning, nothing! Give them a choice not to choose them! I never recommend it if there are options! No problems! I'll pay extra, just don't give these idiots!: d
