Poor service
I had decided to give a sofa. That's why I looked at the sofa on the Optimus Furniture website. I placed an order and paid immediately on October 15th. I received a message that the sofa is not in the store, but it will be taken from the warehouse. Said to wait up to seven working days. After five working days, I called to clarify the delivery date. Said delivery will be made by October 24. On the day of delivery, it is announced that the sofa will not be delivered. Offered that will take you to the beginning of next week from the Melbourne store. But today I received the news that I would still have to pay extra for the delivery that had already been paid for. So I requested a refund, which will be returned within 3 business days. Don't understand how to set a delivery date if the actual sofa is not? And something useless to promise. And do not call the customer about the problem to informbut the customer has to call himself and then apologize. Attitude = zero.
