Your CS phones aren’t answering and when I “chat” you end me over to some firm not connected with HBH

The store in Glen Mills PA has said their computers are down since before Thanksgiving and they can’t accept CCs or gift cards. What is the problem? Are they lying? They are doing cash or checks only. User’s recommendation: Fix your computers if they are down. Close down the store if they are lying.

Cannot contact HBH to complain.
