Broken sofa armrest
When I bought the sofa, I checked the packages when I got it, because I was already warned that there are often defects, everything was undamaged. When we opened the cellophane package with the armrests, we saw that the imitation leather has cracked, because it seems to me to be guilty of the attached metal fasteners, which have torn the imitation leather during transportation. We immediately took a picture and sent it to the store. Promised to change, but more than a month later the answer came that we are to blame and will not change anything. It is not a product that the buyer buys for 1 day and does not pay cheap. Also, no metal fasteners were placed on the case, they were sent, but the screws were completely wrong, they had to go to the store to buy the right ones. However, they want a quality product, and also want to warn other buyers to open everything to the end in the presence of a courier and if anything to send back immediately.
