The company sends me a $17 credit for my auto insurance due to their “concern with Covid impact”. They turn around and raise my rates $34 2 weeks later. Plus they raised my homeowners rates $84. No claims, tickets – nothing. They suck User’s recommendation: Look elsewhere – they’re shady.

My car got Vandalized and was hit. The Hartford’s shop Uptown. Did not take proper notes on what I told them They fixed the door handle and then going to say they didn’t no about the door handle. I am not going to pay for insurance that doesn’t work. User’s recommendation: Don’t use the Hartford’.
