Hello. The situation is as follows - an acquaintance of 2u.info ordered a computer and after a couple of months of use one part burned down. When I sent the part, I received confirmation that the part has been received. After almost a month of calling, I did not receive a specific answer as to when the part would be ready. They no longer answered calls, never opened e-mails and avoided communication. The website guarantees that everything will be repaired and returned within 30 days. More than a month has passed and no details of the details. I began to doubt the legislation in United Kingdom. I'm shocked at how easily such a bode can go unpunished!
