Is this normal - I have a birthday and from Top - shop calls me four times a day - although I say that you have already called me. I understand that people who have shopped there once and snuggled in there a second time will not buy there, but even advertising will not. What I liked best was the boy who said - you bought a vacuum cleaner three years ago and he was still working - a good reference by his own employees about his product.
