The situation is this - my wife gave me a new phone. I inserted a Vodafone card into it, which at the moment did not have credit. The credit was replenished. the total amount appeared on the card was 8 dollars with kopecks (together with all kinds of bonuses, the following amount was received). I had never called from this phone, so the credit had to be fixed. After a week, when I needed to call - I couldn't. At first I thought the phone was out of range because I was in the countryside. Later, for some reason, checking the loan, I concluded that the card loan balance is 0, 17 Ls. felt shocked! Because I am sure that no calls were made, no sms were sent, no i-net services were used. When I called the Telstra service center, the person who gave me the advice on the phone saidthat her showing that from my mob. tel. Nr. the internet is used. I know that the internet was not really used, I am not a child or a teenager for whom such things would be relevant. And in the end I found out that I don't see money as my own ears, because Telstra doesn't admit that they were wrong. I would not feel sorry for this money if it went to charity, but making a profit at the expense of customers is not a good thing. The fact is, without a PUK, you can't prove anything. and this is already very tricky, because I doubt that people keep these codes for five years...
