I have submitted the problems. There has been no reply. Illegal billing to my bank account. Numerous contacts with customer service March 17, 2021 at 3:45 PM. Account to be investigated. Another contact made March 19, 2021 at 10:45 with AJ. He said there were no records of the problem. Further investigating would be done.
