Poor service

Before you shop at Lion online store, think about it or do it anyway! I would like to give you a product pan, which I returned to Lion Ozols / Glendale on October 31. Today is November 27, and I have received the money back in my specified bank account! I've both called the My Client Center (times 12-15) and written emails (5-7)! No results!
