Does not work periodically and Oceancom ignores complaints

Terrible attitude from Oceancom. Internet TV does not work periodically, you need to start the box even several times a day. Oceancom shamelessly refuses the contract or resolve complaints, saying we do not know how to handle TV. Unable to provide quality service.
