poor service

I am not satisfied with the free delivery promised by 110.shop. The operator said that the courier could deliver the goods on working days from 11 to 17, a specific delivery time could not be determined, only the first or second half of the day. What a customer unfriendly delivery service! Do I have to take a vacation, sit at home and wait for a courier, butter all day! This i-shop is not for working people.
