poor service

Poor service, attitude towards the customer, failure to answer about your case. I wanted to repair the phone under warranty (the button on the side didn't work), I was told this was your problem. But I don't use the phone, it was a gift for a person. Just bought in advance. Of course, I solved the problem, but I didn't start the online store.
