Dead plants and can’t get refund or credit

Received dead plants and get total runaround. Not able to get refund or credit. Phone goes direct to India for more runaround. User’s recommendation: burn your money instead.

Wrong plant

I order several black rasberry (rubus occidentalis) canes, or vines, which are native to the usa and hard to find, only to discover that my plants were the similar but highly “wineberry” (rubus phoenicolasius) which is native to Japan. Received dead trees

Ordered 3 Loblolly Pines last fall… received trees a few days later, and they appeared to be dried up and brown was hoping they were just dormant for winter and planted them anyway… yeah, well, they were dormant for sure and now that springtime is here in Tennessee, they’re still dormant… you don’t get any ore dormant...
