I was declined a debit purchase at Amazon and therefore have no routing or bank acc number and can’t get them on the phone to resolve :(

This place is ridiculous! Shouldnt have ever been declined in the first place and cant get an actual person to resolve this matter! User’s recommendation: Get a number with actual people working for customers and don’t blame Covid on why you’re customer service sucks!!!

My biggest complaint with telecheck is that business with returned checks should be handle more with live representatives to answer questions and to confirm that with confidents that your transaction has been taken... Check denied by professional office

I attempted to pay my professional office bill (only $45). The office then submitted it though Telecheck. Payment was denied because of ‘insufficient history’ with Telecheck even though I carry a relatively large balance in my checking account.
