went to pay sprint bill. telecheck would not allow the transaction. checked with my bank there were no issues. pleanty of money to cover the transaction and never had a decline before. reason given by telecheck was lack of history with this account. spoke to a supervisor and they told “to try to oay the bill again...

Spent half an hour navigating through the menu only to be told my call could not be connected and got hung up on. Ive been a victim of identity theft and they are declining my new checks, fine, but I cant even make contact with a person to give them any information.
