Poor service
MDF '"Health Center Downtown" does not organize a patient registration for a day hospital. Applying on 10. 10. 2016. I received information by phone at the reception (pay phone) that the administrator will call me back within the same day until pl. 20. 00 or the next working day. Unfortunately, to the administrator's call (1) 11. 10. 2016. pl. 11. 05 it was physically impossible to answer immediately. When I called back on tel. 29460584, I said I was waiting for an administrator call. I waited for this call until 19. 00, stressed, or I would not be called again when it is not possible to answer a mobile phone call (toilet, behind the wheel, etc. ). At 19. 00 I called the reception again (pay phone), where my data was recorded once again. Tomorrow, October 12, I will be able to wait and stress again. I don't think that's normal.
