Poor service and customer fraud
I took my laptop to the specified service. I can't say anything bad about the service itself, because I was treated politely and tried to answer all my questions. My goal is to reinstall Windows 10 and clean my computer of all files. Before handing over the computer, I looked at the price list, after which I decided that it could cost me about 30CAD. On the same day I get a call and I am named the amount of 50EUR, to which I answered that nothing extra I do not need, just reinstalling Windows. At that moment, it was already starting to seem like I was being looked at with the thought "it's a woman and I don't understand anything from computers", and I can tell me anything. Okay, we talked and agreedthat only what I ask will be done. The next day I left for the computer. When I got home, I found that the installed Windows was a pirated version. Why should I bring my computer with ORIGINAL Windows to a service to install a pirated version? I didn't remember the password myself, so I trusted the service. There has been another bad experience with this service, only for my fiance. This time the request was to clean the computer keyboard because it had been poured coffee. When we got home, we concluded that the keyboard was not thoroughly cleaned and at least 2 screws were missing. He was asked about 50 CA$ for this service. I just don't understand the situation. People take things to service to fix them properly. This is trust in the service provider. Now I'm left with a computer that had pirated Windows 36EUR installed.
