I bought a tc helicon v and the preset button wont turn blue to receive the preset

I bought a tc helicon v and the preset button wont turn blue to receive the preset and each video I watch the preset button blue but mine just stay at green so it can’t receive any preset. It’s broken I waste my money buying this product

I bought a tc electronics tuner clip on and have gotten any response..very sad…would never buy another product from them User’s recommendation: Never buy anything from tc electronics.

Polytune 2 mini not working right
