Poor service

Directly to Christmas. I am very much looking forward to a package of gifts to pass on. Answered that the parcel is full, the courier can not put the shipment.. And wait... I said I'm ready to go anywhere where the courier is and expect it... Nee it does not happen. I am disappointed. I will no longer use these services.
