Repeated Delivery Issue

Paper delivered without sections included 2 times in 4 weeks. Called and promised delivery the first time on the same day. Delivery did not occur until Monday.

Used to be the BEST!

I had 2 Sundays in a row without a paper. 9am Requested redelivery. Never came. Yet they raise my rates for full subscription every year…why? So they can devote 4 full freaking sections on the Bucs. Last month we only received 23 papers deliverd. So far this month we have received 11 papers. You can’t talk to a live person. We pay by the year… Why is there no way to get help
