Low-quality dry cleaner
Using the services of CLEAN CONTROL dry cleaner (Shopping Mall "Dole"), the lining of my coat was torn and no one informed me about it. The coat was cleaned badly, but it also depends on the coat fabric, etc... but most importantly - the lining was thoroughly torn, and the texture of the coat fabric now looks strange. Since the coat was sealed, I could not notice that there were defects inside the coat. Clean Control advised me to address the complaint (2 copies), check and coat at the point of acceptance and they will provide a written answer within 10 days. Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to do it, because I will not be in Melbourne in a week. However, I recommend everyone to write complaints if there are any claims against this company. Therefore, I do not recommend anyone to use CLEAN CONTROL services. If the clothes are damaged and they can't do anything - it's one thing, but if the lining is torn due to carelessness, etc. , it could have been repaired from the beginning.
