AuMobile Customer Policy!
Hello! I will tell you a little bit about my experience with AuMobile: 1. I have been a AuMobile customer for many years - I started with the ancient time of OKarte to various types of AuMobile independent connection over time. - I always thought only the best about quality and service as such! 2. In 2007-2008, the invoices were around 35-55 AU$ per month for services Formula8-> Formula18-> Formula28, until I switched to Vienaais12-> Vienaba20 around 2009 in order to reduce the costs a bit. Despite the fact that 5th level discounts were granted for the service provided by AuMobile, the call costs reached 25-35 AU$ per month. At the same time, other operators all around advertised their services for lower costs, which I personally checked by comparing and calculating the cost of the agreed minute tariffs with the average estimated amount of service received... but nothing stjupid fushsh! 3. At the end of 2009, Telstra offered the Meteorits4 service, to which I applied by filling in a questionnaire on their website with the number transfer to the Telstra operator. The next working day I was called from AuMobile and offered a Special4 tariff for a year. It was, of course, very nice and it pleased me, however, compared to the number of giant bills paid in previous years. I accepted AuMobile's offer and I can say that I will really fit into the volumes of the calls that were included in the 4Ls tariff per month. Lovely! 4. In November 2010, I received a call from AuMobile, reminding me that the Special4 offer will end and as of December 1, I can offer the service Savej4. This offer included a subscription fee of AUD 4, many free call minutes and text messages in the AuMobile network, but in other networks the call costs were named AUD 08. 08 per minute. In addition to this, a monthly discount of AUD 5 was offered for calls to other networks for the next six months. I would like to note that I make simple calculations in my head when using the following service with average values: ~ 400min in AuMobile network and 300min in other networks. So, in the next six months it is expected to be 0 AUD (AuMobile) + 24 AUD (other) -5 AUD (discount) + 4 AUD (Own) = 23 AUD (average expected costs per month), in the second half of the year around 28 AUD per month. Super, fall option! 5. Finally, identifying my acquaintances who also had a Special4 service connection in 2009, I learned the following: 5. 1. A friend has spoken relatively few free minutes included throughout the year - he has automatically extended Special4 for a year in 2020; 5. 2. A friend's girlfriend has talked relatively more about her friend, but relatively less than myself - the AuMobile customer service manager has offered her the same7 with a 3Ls discount for half a year - then calculate it yourself; 5. 3. As I already mentioned, I was offered the Saviskie4 service with a 5 AU$ discount on the cost of calls to other networks for six months. 6. In December 2010, I applied for the Meteorits4 service at the Telstra branch. How will it be, time will tell! 7. Conclusions: 7. 1. AuMobile sorts customers according to their earning potential and, like the United States, practices the so-called Fuck-Up; 7. 2. All these special / sudden offers are not published on the AuMobile website and are used only in cases of customer retention or Fuck-Up. 7. 3. AuMobile re-invoiced for a few days in December while switching to Telstra - the service was strangely named Ours (but the website Ours does not mention the subscription fee and still ultimately offered me the Savies4 service) and recalculated the monthly subscription fee for some December days; the total calculation was set without this verbally promised 5 AU$ discount for other network calls. 7. 4. What comes to mind: Only cheese in the mousetrap is free! 7. 5. Compatriots, be wise and use all your abilities to think and act so that you do not shamelessly become sheared sheep! 7. 6. For similar cases, write to [hide] @gmail. com 7. 7. Together we can! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2020!
