Poor service
I applied for a consultation with a physiotherapist around 6 pm I arrived at the institution 20 minutes earlier to complete all the paperwork at the reception. Summary: the waiting rooms are overcrowded, I waited in line for 45 minutes, I was ready to leave, but the therapist looked for me myself, because I was already 20 minutes late from the coculture, which was given 30 minutes. Luckily I was the last patient for him that day and led all 30min. Thank you. I would like to mention that in addition to the work of the disorganized reception, the staff also speaks very rudely and stressfully. I understand a lot of people work, but so we all try to work professionally, especially when working with people.
